There's No Luck Required!

We think every day is a lucky day - Irish or not. Here at TinkerTank, Irish is a state of mind, and luck is everywhere you turn. Saint Patrick’s' Day is important to us, but not because we like green things and pinching (though, really, I do.) It's because Saint Patrick was known for "converting" people, for passionately pursuing the things he believed to be true. While we're not really folks to take a religious stand (“to each their own,” is what we always say,) we are passionate about spreading the things we believe in - joy, magic, creativity and play, and maybe a trick or two.

A Brief History of Saint Patrick's Day Saint Patrick's Day has nothing to do with leprechauns. The Irish culture (Celtic) is deeply rooted in mythology, a mythology that includes a wide variety of faeries – good and bad, playful and mischievous – who come in a variety of shapes and sizes.The word leprechaun comes from the Gaelic "lobaircin," which means "small-bodied fellow."
