When he was just a young boy, he showed particular talents and understanding and familiarity with the ways of the Tooth Fairies. The others noticed and he was given special training, until it was clear that he was, in fact, the reincarnation of the original Tooth Fairy. Having been deemed as such, his succession was assured.
He was raised in Parvati-ji, a small town near Mount Kailash in India. His given name was Bhojaraja Basu (which means Lord Of Generosity) but that was too much of a mouthful for people, especially small children, to say, so he goes by Bruce. He was the only child of devoted parents who were known in their village for their divine pastries. That said, Bruce always had a soft spot for simple rice-pudding with cardamon, and the Lapssi (which is kind of like oatmeal, but really sweet and with nuts) that his mother made for him.
He brings his love of sweets to TinkerTank, and will share recipes with anyone who asks.
